About Katherine

Katherine is currently also undertaking further study through a Bachelor of Sports and Exercise Science to develop in-depth knowledge of human movement. She strives to continue learning and educating herself through recent literature to extend her knowledge of techniques, human anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics.

Katherine trains regularly as a national-level powerlifter which motivates her interest in human biomechanics, especially when it comes to movement and technique in the gym. With a drive to continue improving her performance, Katherine analyses and understands movement patterns that assist her in helping others.
