Jenny is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) with a degree from UNSW. With diverse expertise in clinical and general fitness settings, she specializes in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, diabetes management, workers compensation conditioning, neurological diseases, and lifestyle modifications. Jenny's passion lies in helping individuals achieve their fitness goals, be it weight loss, strength training, hypertrophy, or injury prevention.

Beyond her professional achievements, Jenny is an avid long-distance runner, enjoys resistance training, pilates, and boxing. For her, exercise is not just about physique; it's an investment in long-term overall health.
