Jack holds a Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of New South Wales. With over five years of experience as a health professional, he specialises in aiding patients with chronic health conditions and acute sports and work injuries, tailoring his approach to each individual to help them achieve their goals effectively.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Jack actively participates in combat sports and martial arts, frequently engaging in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu competitions. Having encountered his own share of injuries throughout his athletic journey, he empathises with the physical and mental hurdles of recovery, offering unique insights and support to those navigating similar challenges.
